your program is scheduled to be presented

An Emergency Number is VERY
important! If there is a travel
delay or any kind of emergency
we must be able to reach a
contact person the day or night
or weekend before the
scheduled performance.
Your Schedule and Directions
4th Presentation is an
additional cost. Confirm that
you were invoiced for 4 shows.
Do not schedule four
consecutive presentations in a
row without a break.
VERY IMPORTANT!! Our
funders need this number
Directions should be from the
nearest interstate/highway or
from the performers lodging if
you know where that will be.

Seattle or From Capitol Hill)

Please include exit numbers,
correct street names, and
possible delays (construction,
etc.)

each day booked at your
location.
